LM337 1.5A Adjustable Negative Voltage Regulator

Lm337 is a negative voltage regulator that is capable of handling up to 1.5A load with a voltage range of -1.2V to -37V. The IC comes in 3 terminal standard TO-220 packages. Getting output voltage with this regulator is very easy, requires only two external resistors to set the output voltage. It can be used to make a programmable voltage regulator and a precision current regulator. The device features with internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe area compensation.
