CM8870 DTMF Receiver Decoder IC

CM8870 is a DTMF Receiver IC which provides full compatibility by integrating both bands split filter and digital decoder function. The device is manufactured by using state-of-art CMOS technology to provide low power consumption and handle precise data. it uses digital counting technique for both detection and decoding of all 16 DTMF tone pairs in 4-bit code. In the filter section, it uses the switched capacitor technique for both high and low group filters and dial tone rejection. CM8870 IC has an inbuilt differential input amplifier, clock generator and a latched three interface bus because of this, it minimizes external components.
