IRFZ44 49A 55V N Channel Power MOSFET Transistor Original IC

IRFZ44 is an N-channel advanced power MOSFET from Infineon International Rectifier. This MOSFET is a third-generation power MOSFET with a special combination of fast switching, ruggedized design, and low on-resistance. The IC is based on Trench technology enclosed in the TO-220AB plastic transistor case.
