Moisture meter: lets you know that it is dry and needs water or wet and could use a day to dry out, you will never over/under water your plants again. 

PH meter: helps you to control PH level in soil, acidic, or alkaline is suitable for your plants. PH level is the most important factor that can be overlooked in the garden. PH is the indication of the availability of the nutrients and plants’ ability to take them up. If the PH of your garden is not in the optimal range for the plants then you are trying to grow, you may end up having issues. Often plants that grow in soil that do not have an optimal level of PH don’t produce or if they do their harvests are low while the plants may look stressed. PH is measured on 14 points, 0 being most acidic, 7 neutral, and 17 most basic.

Light intensity:  it indicates whether your plants getting adequate sunlight.
