R307 is an optical fingerprint sensor with inbuilt memory that can store up to 1000 fingerprints. The module has a TTL UART interface that makes it compatible to directly interface with a 3.3V microcontroller or to PC through MAX232 / USB serial adapter. The device consists of an optical fingerprint sensor, high-speed DSP processor, high-performance fingerprint alignment algorithm, high capacity FLASH chip and other hardware and software composition, stable performance, simple structure, with fingerprint entry, image processing, fingerprint print matching, search and template storage and other functions. On-chip FLASH memory allows the user to store up to 1000 fingerprints data and configure it in 1:1 and 1:N mode to identify the person.
The R307 Fingerprint module has two interfaces USB2.0 and TTL UART, USB2.0 can be directly connected to the computer, and the RS232 interface is the TTL level. It has a default baud rate of 57600 and can be changed by reference to the communication protocol.
